Within the framework of their Solidarity Programme, the companies VIANEX & VIAN, members of the Giannakopoulos Group, supported the charity Make-A-Wish Greece by purchasing Easter candles. The volunteers of Make-A-Wish Greece created a unique candle for VIANEX and VIAN, which was made available for purchase to all employees of the two companies in order to support the charity. All Easter candles were sold within two days and the money raised was donated to Make-A-Wish Greece in order to make a wish come true for 9-year-old Despoina, who wanted a mobile phone. To this end, a big celebration was organised, during which she received the mobile phone she had wished for. Despoina, who suffers from cystic fibrosis, was filled with joy, courage, hope, and strength to move on.

The employees of Giannakopoulos Group, thanks to the initiatives of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department and the support of the Administration, regularly implement anthropocentric programmes, corroborating the value of solidarity.
